The works comprised internal and external refurbishment to provide a wholesale supermarket and restaurant.  Internal works included the installation of a mezzanine floor, plumberwork, mechanical and electrical services, partitioning, floor, wall and ceiling finishes.

External works included window and door installation and facing brick wall cladding.
